Nice view of the Soo Line depot in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, from 1908. This was the original Soo Line depot. After the new brick station was built in 1912, it continued to serve as the freight station after being moved along the tracks to the north (North 6th Street). It was demolished in 1988.

Thief River Falls, sometimes referred to as Thief River or abbreviated as TRF, is a city in Pennington County in the northwest portion of the U.S. state of Minnesota. The population was 8,573 at the 2010 census. Thief River Falls is the county seat for Pennington County.
